My heart has been open to natural medicine since I was a child. My mother tried to nurture and care for us as naturally as possible. When I had my first child, I wanted to do my best myself, as many mothers do. That's when I discovered the virtues of essential oils and fell in love with them.

So I enrolled on an aromatherapy course at Usha Veda in Morges. I trained for a year and graduated in March 2009. Since then, I've been dreaming of opening my own practice where I could help people and families heal themselves with essential oils. I began by using them on my children and my family, and gradually a circle of people who appreciated my advice and practices grew up around me.

After a while, I felt the need to supplement my aromatherapist training with additional professional training. That's when I became interested in reflexology. What fascinated me about reflexology was the possibility of treating illnesses with a more therapeutic approach and combining it with aromatherapy for an even more effective overall treatment.
