Kathrin Kohler Coaching (Basel)

Many managers and self-employed professionals reach a point at which professional expertise alone is no longer enough. The role is there. The knowledge is there. And yet something doesn't feel quite right: too much reaction, too little inner clarity, too little feeling of really leading from within.

This is exactly where I come in.

I am Kathrin Kohler, a certified coach and former construction project buyer with almost 20 years of experience in the construction industry, in construction management, project management and purchasing on major projects.

I know the reality of technical management roles not from the textbook, but from everyday life: negotiations under pressure, tight decision-making times, teams with different interests. My coaching combines this practical experience with sound psychological methodology. The focus is on inner attitude, identity development and self-leadership and not on techniques that last three weeks, but on change that lasts.

Who is my offer for?

Managers, project managers and self-employed professionals, especially from the construction, architecture, real estate and technical sectors, who are already strong in their field and now want to take the next step inwards: clearer in their decisions, more confident in their appearance, more conscious in their leadership role.

What I offer:

Individual 1:1 executive coaching, customized leadership development and B2B workshops for companies.

Location: Basel-Stadt, coaching in German, also online throughout Switzerland.
