MOVEMENT IS LIFE AND A PREREQUISITE FOR HEALING Esther Pachmann's enthusiasm for sport in particular is behind the basic philosophy of our practice. Even as a child and later as a youth coach and supervisor of the Swiss national bobsleigh team, she enjoyed sharing the fun of movement. By 2008 at the latest, after training as a sports physiotherapist and completing several further training courses, Esther Pachmann knew that "perfect" physiotherapy allows patients to be as active as possible themselves. In 2010, Esther Pachmann ventured into self-employment together with a colleague and opened a small practice. This was attached to a fitness studio and had free access to its equipment. This new approach, which combined consistent treatment with a high degree of personal initiative, fell on fertile ground and more and more doctors recommended our practice to their patients.

While active therapy with targeted training became increasingly established in general, we moved to larger premises: There, thanks to our own specific training equipment and an expanded team, we were able to steadily expand our range of services. Today, our employees cover the entire treatment spectrum with different areas of expertise. We work hand in hand and share a belief in the active approach.
