Spazio di crescita (Minusio)

I am Alessandra Merlini, born in 1995 and grew up in Minusio, where I still live today. Ever since I was little, I have had a strong curiosity and desire to help others. In 2016, I decided to become a healthcare assistant (FAGE) and immediately continued my studies and worked as a nurse in the care sector, where I still work today. During my professional career, I quickly realized that the care and humanity standards of the traditional healthcare industry did not meet my expectations and ideals. For this reason, I started studying to become a naturopath in 2020 with the aim of obtaining a federal diploma. I can't wait to finish the journey and enter this beautiful world (2025). At the moment I am working as a complementary therapist in foot reflexology and autogenic training, which I already practice with passion and which allow me to get closer and closer to my dream.

Mi chiamo Alessandra Merlini, sono nata nel 1995 a Minusio, dove sono cresciuta e dove vivo tuttora. Sin da piccola ho nutrito una grande curiosità e il desiderio di aiutare gli altri. Nel 2016 ho intrapreso il percorso per diventare operatore socio sanitario (OSS) e ho proseguito immediatamente gli studi, lavorando come infermiera nel settore sanitario, ambito in cui sono tuttora attiva. During my career, however, I quickly realized that the standards of care and hygiene in the classical healthcare system did not correspond perfectly to my aspirations and ideals. For this reason, in 2020 I started a course of studies in naturopathy, with the aim of obtaining the federal diploma. I did not have the time to complete this training and to fully immerse myself in this fascinating world (planned for 2025). I am currently working as a complementary therapist in the disciplines of plantar relaxation and autogenic training, practices that I enjoy and that allow me to become even more involved in my daily life.
